# Farming & Staking

**Farming**\
XOR/APOLLO \

In the first year, 150,000 APOLLO tokens will be distributed to liquidity providers. Block reward will be 0.0285 APOLLO.<br>

**Staking** \
APOLLO

In the first year, 50,000 APOLLO tokens will be distributed to stakers. Block reward will be 0.0095 APOLLO.

After one year, a proposal will be presented to the community, suggesting the distribution of APOLLO tokens that have been accrued through repayments and liquidations ([Reserve Factor](/apollo-protocol/assets/risk-parameters.md#reserve-factor)) and are held in the treasury, with a ratio of 3:1 to be allocated to farmers (liquidity providers) and stakers.
